There is not a day that passes that you don’t hear about climate change and the impact it has on the world around us. I know that this is one of the triggers within our home that make anxiety and depression spike, and I have to admit it isn’t just Chelsea that has these emotions "IT’S ALL OF US"

The environment around us plays a significant role in our Mental Health. More and more people's anxiety is being triggered because of global warming, the extinction of animals and the overall health of our planet.
As the temperature rises in our world, our Mental State becomes fragile, leading to frustration, anxiety, depression and possibly an overwhelming sense of panic. Trying to keep calm, using breathing techniques and positive self-talk are a few things we can do to help ourselves all while remembering to stay hydrated. But what are the environmental changes WE can do within our home and workplace to help?
Over the years, we started to make small changes within our home and then added to them. They are just simple steps, but if we all do them together, they will make a HUGE impact on our environment.
So within the Blog, (As told by Karen), our eldest daughter and I will now have posts dedicated to helping the environment. The more environmentally friendly your lifestyle becomes, the better your mental health could be by knowing that you are making a difference in the big picture.
Together we can care
Together we can change
Together we can make a difference
If everyone makes changes to their lifestyle, then it can make a bigger impact on the world around us, helping to lessen the anxiety that many feel about our planet.
