Happiness is different for everyone, but the one thing that everyone does want is to break the bad habits that create negativity that make your life unhappy. You can’t always control what happens to you, but you can control the emotion & how you respond to the situation.
By looking at the bright side of life instead of the negatives will help build self-confidence and create happiness within.

Go for a walk
We all know the importance of exercise and how it makes you feel even if it’s a quick walk around the block
‘Fresh air and exercise = happier you.’
Eat healthier
Providing your body with the right nutrients and avoiding junk food (that only leaves you feeling guilty) will have you feeling more energetic and positive.
Unfollow negative people on Social Media
I can’t say this enough, why follow someone who makes you feel horrid every time you see a post from them. It’s ok to stop following someone, as there are so many friends out there that have a positive outlook.
Write down what you are grateful for
Gratitude is the best way to turn what you have into enough; it’s a way to increase happiness levels. It’s something that you can do right away, anywhere. Reflecting on the positives in your life can be a powerful reminder of how lucky you really are.
Meditate for 10 mins
It is beneficial for both the body and mind. Taking a few mins in between activities to sit still and Meditate will improve your focus, attention, clarity and will keep your mind calm.
Spend time with people you love
Even if you don’t want to make an effort because you’re having a hard day, you will be surprised at how much better you will feel when you're surrounded by people who understand and care about you. Stop wasting your time on negative friends by cutting those friends from your social time and replacing them with those who give you energy and smiles, which will make for a more meaningful time.
Being happy all the time may take a bit of work; it’s not simply a choice, but having a positive perspective can help you become the best version of yourself, as you have made a conscious choice on how to view your life.
